Terms of service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Who we are
This website, www.edges.club (the "Site"), is operated by EdgesLabs LTD, trading as Edges.Club ("we", "us", "our").
- Registered in England and Wales, company number 15628569
- Registered office and correspondence address: Unit 2a Trinity Business Centre, Hoyle Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA5 0LW, United Kingdom
- Email: support@edges.club
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you.
2. These terms
By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
These terms are governed by English law and are written in English.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms. Where any term in this document conflicts with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other consumer protection law, your statutory rights prevail.
These terms are also subject to our:
3. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this Site. Our products are food supplements intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. If we believe an order has been placed by someone under 18, we may cancel it and refund the payment.
4. Our products are food supplements, not medicines
This matters, so please read it.
- Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Information on the Site, including on product pages, in our blog and on our ingredients page, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are due to have surgery.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
- Keep out of the reach of young children.
- Check the ingredient list on each product page and on the pack before use if you have allergies or intolerances. If you have a serious allergy and any doubt remains, contact us at support@edges.club before ordering.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and seek medical advice. Please also tell us at support@edges.club so we can investigate.
Nothing in this section limits our liability under section 12.
5. Placing an order
- Adding items to your basket and proceeding through checkout is an offer to buy, not a completed contract.
- Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not form a contract.
- A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email for the items in it. Where an order contains several items, a contract is formed for each item as it is dispatched.
We may decline an order, or part of one, if:
- The product is out of stock
- We have identified a pricing or description error
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
- We reasonably suspect fraud or that the order is not for personal consumption
- We do not deliver to your address
- You appear to be under 18
If we decline an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full without delay.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order, and we may decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
6. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
- Delivery costs are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay — we do not add fees later in the process.
- Payment is taken at checkout, except for pre-orders and subscriptions, which are covered by our Cancellation Policy.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna. We do not store your full card details.
Reference prices. Where we show a product as reduced from a higher "regular price", that higher price is a price at which we genuinely offered the product for sale immediately before the reduction.
Pricing errors. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price and the error is one you could reasonably have recognised as a mispricing, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will contact you before doing so.
7. Product information and images
We take care to describe our products accurately, including their ingredients, dosages and allergen information.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging, flavour presentation and colour may vary slightly, and colours may display differently on different screens. Minor variation of this kind does not mean the product is not as described.
Where we make a nutrition or health claim about a product or ingredient, we only make claims authorised on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register.
We may reformulate products or change packaging. Always read the label on the product you receive rather than relying solely on the Site, and check the ingredients each time if you have an allergy.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at support@edges.club.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. We will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, or encourage anyone else to
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its security features
- Scrape, spider, crawl or harvest data or personal information from the Site
- Copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or that discriminates on the basis of any protected characteristic
- Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
We may suspend or withdraw your access to the Site if you breach this section.
10. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content:
- Your review must be honest and based on genuine experience of the product. We do not offer payment, free products, discounts or any other incentive in exchange for a positive review, and we do not publish reviews we know or suspect to be fake. Submitting a fake or incentivised review without disclosure is unlawful under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
- You confirm the content is your own, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and adapt that content on the Site, in marketing and on our social channels. You keep ownership of your content.
- We may moderate, edit or remove content, but we are not obliged to monitor it. We are not responsible for content submitted by users.
- We will not publish your review under a false identity or in a way that misrepresents what you said.
We publish both positive and negative reviews. We remove reviews only where they breach this section, contain personal data, or raise a customer service issue we need to handle privately — not because they are critical.
To report a review you believe is fake or inappropriate, email support@edges.club.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Edges.Club name and logo, text, product photography, graphics, video and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise use it without our written permission.
12. Our liability to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
- Breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
Subject to the above:
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
- Where we are liable, and subject to the carve-outs above, our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the greater of £250 or twice the price you paid for that order.
About the Site itself: we do our best to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it. Content on the Site is general information and, apart from the product information covered in sections 4 and 7, should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.
13. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, industrial action, failure of public networks, carrier failure, or acts of government.
If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and the time for performance will be extended. If the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund for undelivered goods.
14. Third-party links and tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, and we may make third-party tools available. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or products. Any use of them is at your own discretion — please read their own terms and privacy notices.
Our affiliate programme is operated through a third-party platform and is governed by its own separate terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you placed it — we will not apply changes retrospectively to orders already placed.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make a change. For material changes affecting subscribers, we will also email you in advance.
16. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our products or service, email support@edges.club with "Complaint" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14 days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you can seek free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133), who can refer matters to Trading Standards. You may also be able to claim through your card provider or PayPal.
17. General
- Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
- No waiver. If we do not insist that you perform an obligation, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not mean we have waived them.
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and will tell you in writing if we do. It will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights with our written consent.
- Third parties. These terms are between you and us. No other person has rights to enforce them.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies referred to in section 2, form the whole agreement between us regarding your use of the Site and any order.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in either Scotland or England and Wales; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in either Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
