How We Formulate
We start from the dose, not the ingredient. Creatine monohydrate at 5g per serving because that's the amount used in the research, not 1g so the label can say "contains creatine". 2000mg of L-citrulline and L-arginine in the nitric oxide formula. 20g of protein and 22.3g of collagen peptides in the bone broth.
No proprietary blends. No filler making up weight. If an ingredient is on the label, the amount is on the label too.
How We Make It
Our products are made to our own specifications in GMP certified facilities. We control the formulation and the sourcing, we don't white-label someone else's stock product and put our name on it.
The Consistency Problem
A supplement only works if you actually take it. The research behind creatine, L-carnitine and nitric oxide assumes daily use over weeks and that's where most people fall down, because measuring scoops and swallowing capsules is easy to skip on a busy week.
That's why the range exists in more than one format. The same dose, delivered the way you're most likely to stick with. Creatine as a powder or a gummy. L-carnitine as a capsule or a gummy. Your routine decides which, not us.
Our Story
Edges Labs Limited was founded in England in with one idea behind it: most supplement labels are written to sell, not to inform.
Walk down any supplement aisle and you'll find proprietary blends that hide how much of anything you're actually getting, "clinically proven" ingredients dosed at a fraction of what the clinical studies used, and labels designed so the interesting number is the one on the front. It works, commercially. It just isn't much use to the person taking it.
Edges exists for people who read the label. Every product we make states exactly what's in it and how much, at doses matched to the research rather than the marketing.

How we make it
Our products are manufactured to our own specifications in facilities. We control formulation and sourcing directly rather than white-labelling an off-the-shelf product.
Testing and quality
Every batch of our top products is submitted for independent laboratory analysis with Eurofins, one of the largest testing networks in the world.
We publish these because "third-party tested" is a phrase anyone can print on a label. A certificate with a batch number on it isn't.
Who's behind it
Edges was founded by Adam Edge, who runs formulation, sourcing and product development.
The company came out of an observation he made as a supplement user himself: most supplements only work if they're taken consistently and most are inconvenient enough that people don't. Coming from a business background and training regularly, he started Edges to close that gap, building the range around formats people will actually stick with, without cutting the doses to do it.
